Chateau Latour

The history of the estate dates back to the 13th century, when its tower “Tor à Saint-Lambert” was built by the Frenchman Gaucelme de Castillon, which today is a unique symbol of the vineyard. The estate is currently owned by François Pinault, one of France’s richest people. As such, it is part of the larger group “Groupe Artèmis”, which also has other vineyards in Burgundy, Champagne and Oregon.

The vineyards are mostly planted with Cabernet Sauvignon vines, and the estate is known for its meticulous winemaking process. TheirGrand Wineare named after the property, and their2nd Wineis called “Les Forts de Latour”.

Château Latour's commitment to quality, its rich history and exceptional wines have made it an icon in what is called Fine Wine.
