The property's wine production can be traced back to the year 1608, and has today been owned by the Zuger family since 1994 - today it is Jean Luc Zuger who manages the property. The vineyards are planted with 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot, 10% Cabernet Franc and 5% Petit Verdot. The property also has a 2nd Wine called "La Dame de Malescot", which comes in at a lower price despite its complexity, creating great value-for-money. However, the wine should preferably be stored for 10-12 years to reach its ultimate state.
