Chateau
Cheval Blanc focuses primarily on the production of red wines. What makes Château
Cheval Blanc unique, however, is that they use an unusually high percentage of
Cabernet Franc in their blend along with Merlot and smaller amounts of Cabernet
Sauvignon. This distinguishes them from many other wine producers in Saint-Émilion,
that usually have a greater proportion of Merlot in their wines.
