Château Leoville Las-Cases
Château Leoville Las-Cases is one of the largest and oldest classified properties in the Médoc sub-region in Saint-Julien, Bordeaux. The property dates back to the mid-17th century, but was divided during the French Revolution, resulting in Château Leoville Les-Cases and Château Leoville Barton. In 1840, the property was again divided, with Château Leoville-Poyferre added. However, Château Leoville Les-Cases is the largest of the Leoville properties.

The estate is dominated by the Cabernet Sauvignon grape variety with smaller portions of Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. Château Leoville Las-Cases produces 2 different wines, all red, which the estate was one of the first to do. Although the estate is classified as a 2eme Cru Classé producer, the quality of the wine is said to be of Premier Cru Classé status.
The property is currently owned by Domaines Delon, represented by Jean-Hubert Delon, who also owns Château Pontesac in Medoc and Château Nenin in Pomerol.
