Rich and round, the 2020 Château Corton-Grancey Grand Cru is a full-bodied, ample and layered wine evocative of raspberries, cherries, sweet spices, peonies and dark chocolate. Built around sweet, powdery tannins, a touch of subtle back-end warmth bears the signature of the hot, dry growing season.

About this wine
Maison Louis Latour
Maison Louis Latour, founded in 1797 in Burgundy, has 50 hectares and the largest collection of Grand Cru vineyards in both the Côte de Beaune and the Côte de Nuits. Like many other producers from Burgundy, Louis Latour has a wide portfolio of wines, such as “Corton-Charlemagne”, “Clos du Chapitre”, “Les Quatre Journaux” and many more.
Côte de Beaune
The Côte de Beaune is a prestigious wine region that stretches southwest from the town of Beaune in Burgundy and continues along the Côte d'Or. The Côte de Beaune is particularly known for its excellent white wines, made primarily from the Chardonnay grape. Some of the most famous white wines come from areas such as Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet and Meursault, but although white wines predominate, red wines are also produced in the Côte de Beaune. Pinot Noir is the main grape, and some of the most recognized red wines come from areas such as Volnay, Pommard and Beaune. The Côte de Beaune is known for producing wines of high quality and prestige, and many of the area's wines are considered some of the best representatives of the Bourgogne style.
