This Meursault from Bitouzet-Prieur comes from a small 0.28 hectare plot in Perrières-Dessus, close to Puligny-Montrachet. The aromas of the wine offer notes of acacia, Granny Smith apple, dried apricot, yoghurt and vanilla, supported by a very long and elegant finish. Fermented and aged for 16 months in small oak barrels (25% new), this is a complex Chardonnay that has already begun to open up but will develop further in the bottle. An ideal choice for the wine lover seeking depth and finesse.
