The wine offers an intense aromatic profile with notes of cherry, raspberry, and dark berries, complemented by earthy and slightly spicy nuances. The palate is structured and concentrated with firm but well-integrated tannins, beautiful minerality, and a long, lingering finish. It is a classic Pommard with both depth and finesse, which can benefit from aging but can also be enjoyed now after a little decanting.

Not in bottle. Medium to bright purple. 50% whole bunch makes for a more classic Pinot fruit on the nose. Opens up very nicely, slightly more acidity than tannin makes the structure. No great density but pleasingly perfumed with raspberry and rose petals. Tasted Oct 2023.
