Dom Pérignon P2 – Champagne 2008 (75 cl) is an extraordinary and rare champagne from Dom Pérignon, where “P2” (Plénitude 2) signifies a longer maturation on the lees and a new peak in the wine's development.

The 2008 vintage is considered one of the greatest in recent times in Champagne, and in the P2 edition, the wine gains even greater depth, energy, and complexity. The aroma is intense and layered with notes of citrus, green apples, and white flowers, evolving towards toasted nuts, brioche, and minerality.

On the palate, it is both powerful and precise with a creamy mousse, vibrant acidity, and a pronounced structure. The long aging imparts impressive depth and an almost vibrating freshness that continues into a long, persistent finish.

P2 2008 combines maturity and energy in a rare way and has great aging potential, while also appearing complex and open already now.

Magical, showing floral perfumes of jasmine, lavender and orange blossoms. The wonderful center palate has medium body and a depth of fruit that goes on for minutes. Dried apples, limes and flowers. Oyster shell and umami. This has developed beautifully with 16 years on the lees. Stunning. Dosage 4.5 g/L. Drink now.
