A creamy, sophisticated blanc de blancs, exuding notes of spiced apples, dried pears, ginger, cardamom and almond blossom. Flint, oyster shell and clove, too. It’s intensely flavorful with spicy and flinty undertones. Very fine bubbles. Long and bright. Drink or hold.
